Post: Maguire’s Greek brawl case will be reheard on Wednesday, and the player himself will not attend

According to the British media Daily Mail, the Maguire Greek fight will be retried this Wednesday.

Maguire clashed with local police in Mykonos Island in the summer of 2020. Maguire was sentenced by the court to attack up to six police officers while on vacation with eight family members and friends, and then tried to bribe police officers after being taken back to the police station.

Maguire was sentenced to 21 months of probation, but he appealed immediately, and Maguire's appeal means he will not bear a criminal record unless he is again convicted at the retrial.

The Post revealed that the retrial of the Maguire fight will begin this Wednesday and players will not attend.
