Four basic principles for maintaining mattresses
The correct mattress maintenance method is to grasp four simple principles: neatness, dehumidification, flip over, and clean.
1. Regular dehumidification in dormitory
The human body discharges about 200c.c when sleeping for 8 hours a day, so regular dehumidification in the dormitory can eliminate moisture between the internal structure of the mattress, avoid rust on the spring and reduce durability; and the mattress and the bed seat must be cleaned separately, so that bacteria and dust can be reduced.
2. Avoid stains. When smoking and eating, you should leave the mattress, because most mattresses are basically not cleaned. If you accidentally let juice, ash, snack debris, etc. fall on the mattress, it will be difficult to clean and easily breed bacteria. Therefore, try to avoid eating on the mattress.
3. Regularly clean the bed covers. Avoid sleeping directly on the bed. It is very important to use the bed covers to prevent body sweat from infiltration. Regular cleaning can reduce the breeding of bacteria and dust. If possible, regularly provide sun exposure to keep it dry and clean, making it more comfortable and hygienic to use.
4. Replace the face and lie down to maintain the best elasticity
Regularly switch the head and tail of the bed or flip the surface to maintain uniform spring elasticity, and avoid local deformation due to long-term heavy pressure. The formula for maintaining the mattress is "three turns and six turns" that is, turn once every three months and turn once every six months, so that the spring is evenly subjected to stress, especially independent tubes. Whether the spring is changed when the child bounces on it, and avoids sitting in a certain position on the edge of the bed. If it has been used for more than seven years, check whether the spring has become elastic and fatigued and loses its effectiveness, and consider whether it is updated.
