Types of cabinet doors
Painted door panels.
Painted door panels have gorgeous appearance, bright colors, beautiful and fashionable, and the overall effect is excellent. Painted doors mostly use density boards as the base material, and the back is a tripolymer hydroamine veneer. The workmanship process is complex, the processing cycle is long, and the price is relatively high.
blister doors.
blister door panel is one of the three main materials for European kitchen cabinet doors. Blister door panels are also known as molded door panels. They use medium density plates as the base material. After being engraved, cut and milled with equipment, they are formed by hot pressing and vacuum blistering. Blister door panels have many advantages such as rich colors, three-dimensional and unique shapes, and the door panels are not easy to deform. Because after blister molding, the four sides of the door panel can be sealed into one, and there is no need to seal the edges, and there will be no problem of plate edge sealing and opening glue.
Solid wood door panel.
The solid wood door panel gives people a feeling of returning to simplicity and belongs to a high-end (not highly applicable) door panel. The various patterns on the surface of the solid wood door panel constitute the European and American style, which is luxurious and elegant, and is deeply loved by people at home and abroad, especially the original imported high-end solid wood doors. The surface can be convex and concave, painted inside and outside, with simple and elegant style and fine workmanship, reflecting superb technical craftsmanship.
Double-faced door panel.
Double-decorative panels are tripolymer hydrogen ammonium panels, which are made of the same material as the cabinet cabinet panels. They are nothing more patterns and colors, so they are also very cheap, economical and widely used by the kitchen cabinet industry. The usual process of double-decorative panels is to use particleboard as the base material, soak and dry the surface layer (grade A color veneer) that has been soaked and dried in melamine glue and bonded with high temperature and high pressure on a special press. The most concerned issues now are: formaldehyde content, nail-holding force of the board (that is, what we usually call nail-eating effect) and water absorption rate. The fourth type is fireproof board veneer door panel. The real name of the fireproof board should be the refractory board. It uses particle board or medium-sized board as the base material. Its surface is a decorative isolation paper, and below is 8-9 layers of phenolic paper (that is, kraft paper). These papers are formed together at high temperature and high pressure after soaking melamine branch glue. The usual thickness is 0.8-1.2 mm, and they are divided into curved boards and flat boards. Nowadays, flat boards are more commonly used.
Precautions for using cabinet doors
Precautions 1: Keep the cabinet doors clean frequently and there is no debris or dust in the tracks. When cleaning, you can use a semi-wet rag to wipe the cabinet body and cabinet doors, and do not use corrosive detergents. The dust on the track can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or a small brush, and the metal parts such as cabinet racks and tie rods are wiped with dry cloth.
Precaution 2: Make it breathable or use dehumidifiers regularly to prevent moisture and bacteria from occurring in the cabinet and clothing. Use less chemically-containing aromatics to deodorize the wardrobe, as they are likely to cause damage to the wardrobe.
Precautions 3: Heavy objects and sharp objects should be prevented from hitting the track, scratching the cabinet and door panels, and the edge sealing of the cabinet should not touch water or other liquid solvents to prevent the edge sealing from falling off.
Precautions 4: When the air or weather in the room is too humid, please open the doors and windows regularly to ventilate and place small packets of dry lime or other desiccant in the corner of the wardrobe to prevent mold and deformation of the cabinet and door panels.
Note 5: It is normal for the light rail door pulley to make a sound after a long time of use. In order to ensure that the pulley is long-lasting, smooth and silent, please add some lubricant along the upper and lower pulleys every 2-3 months.
Precautions 6: Just wipe the wooden wardrobe with a clean rag. If it is dirty, can you use soap as much as possible? Wipe water or neutral detergent with a damp cloth.
Note 7: When purchasing, choosing furniture with high fit between drawers and cabinets is the best strategy to reduce dust.
Precautions 8: Do not place the wardrobe in a place where the sun is directly exposed to, so as not to deform or crack in the light.
