is a drug with three parts toxicity. Although drugs can treat diseases, they will have more or less side effects and toxicity, especially for young pets and pregnancy, which may be more harmful!

Drugs that need to be used with caution in young pets

1. How to care for female cats after delivery? What should female cats prepare for childbirth? Try not to use it as much as possible for young dogs. Although it can treat bacterial enteritis, it cannot prevent intestinal tilts (i.e. parvovirus disease). Long-term large doses can directly cause irreversible damage to the teeth, yellow and black teeth, enamel is prone to peeling, and it can combine with calcium ions in the body, thereby indirectly causing calcium deficiency symptoms. Calcium supplementation is still calcium deficiency.

2. Gentamicin

The oral absorption rate is very low and does not absorb in the intestine, so it is often used for oral treatment of intestinal inflammation (bacterial diarrhea). Puppies can grow slowly or even fail to grow when they are used in large doses for a long time. In addition, the nephrotoxicity during intramuscular injection is very high, which often causes irreversible renal injury. This is often found in this case during systemic examination before training. The creatinine value is more than twice as high. It usually eats a normal diet and is very energetic, but it cannot improve the strength during training, and the urine is yellow, and it is easy to get into problems.

3. Cold medicines such as Gankang and Kangtaik often contain ephedrine and other ingredients, which are very sensitive to puppies, resulting in symptoms such as irritability, barking, excitement and not eating; if you use them more than twice in a row in adult dogs, you will experience symptoms such as low temperature, no eating, and listlessness.

4. Norfloxacin

is often used to treat diarrhea, but it should be used with caution in puppies because it has obvious adverse effects on cartilage calcification. If used for two consecutive days, in severe cases, it may cause weak legs, webbed claws and swelling of joints.

The ofloxacin in this quinolones should also be used with caution. The speed of infusion should be slow when used intravenously, otherwise it is very easy to cause allergies/urticaria, vomiting/convulsions and other unexpected phenomena.
