Famous journalist Romano confirmed with the iconic Here We Go that former Burnley and Everton coach Sean Dyche will become the new head coach of Nottingham Forest.
Romano said: Here We Go! Sean Dyche is set to sign a contract to become the new manager of Nottingham Forest. The two parties will sign a contract until June 2027. The two sides have reached a verbal agreement and the documents are to be signed. Forest hopes to let Dyche lead the team in the Europa League match against Porto. The decision has been confirmed.
Ditch is the third head coach that Forest has welcomed this season. Previously, the club fired Nuno and Postkoglu, among whom Postkoglu was sacked after only leading the team for 39 days. Nottingham Forest is currently in the Premier League relegation zone with 5 points from 8 rounds.
England coach Dyche is 54 years old and has coached Watford, Burnley and Everton. He has 332 games of Premier League coaching experience, with a record of 93 wins, 91 draws and 148 losses.
In January 2023, Dyche succeeded Lampard in charge of Everton. In January this year, Dyche was fired by Everton and has been unemployed ever since.
