1. Plastic floor leather is characterized by flame retardancy and self-extinguishing, but at high temperatures, harmful gases will be decomposed and excessive inhalation will be suffocating. It is best not to use it in the kitchen.
2. Do not use organic solvents such as acetone, cycloethyl ketone, concentrated alkali water to prevent the surface color from fading, degumming, cracking or warping. Use a detergent or detergent to wipe it clean.
3. Clean with a semi-dry mop on weekdays to prevent dirty water from seeping into the joints and destroying the bond.
4. Keep the floor clean and no sand or dust can rub against the surface of the floor.
5. Pay attention to scratching or wearing the floor surface if hard substances such as metal sharps and shoe nails are used.
6. In order to prevent local fading caused by frequent sunlight, it is best to hang curtains to turn direct light into diffuse light, which is conducive to extending the service life of the floor.
7. Avoid cigarette butts and boiling water directly touching the floor.
Floor leather selection tips:
First, the plastic roll floor should roll the wear-resistant layer outward on the die and should be packaged for outer packaging. The product name, manufacturer name, product mark, grade, batch number, quality, and length should be indicated in the obvious areas of each roll of packaging.
Secondly, when checking the appearance quality of plastic floor leather, the illuminance should be (100 × 20) lx under scattered sunlight or fluorescent lamp, and the distance to the sample being inspected lm, and visually inspected obliquely. First, observe whether there are cracks, fractures and layering on the surface of the floor leather. If so, it can be determined that the floor leather is unqualified.
The third step is to observe whether there are wrinkles, bubble contamination points and pattern deformation. Those that cannot be observed are excellent and first-class products; those that are slightly less obvious are considered qualified.
The fourth step is to observe whether there are any leaking patterns on the surface of the floor leather, and whether there are any defects in the transparent wear-resistant film layer on the surface. Those with few leaking or missing films are qualified products, otherwise they are unqualified products.
Finally, carefully check whether there are any deviations in the multi-color overprinting on the surface, whether there are color differences in different parts, and the above two defects are uneven. If there are but are not obvious, it is a first-class product. If there are obvious defects but do not affect the overall beauty, it is judged as a qualified product.
